Thaltej Publishing Company — a music distribution, publishing and merchandise operation run out of an office in Amdavad, Gujarat. These terms cover this website, the member register, and the public record. Distribution and merchandise agreements are separate documents with their own terms; nothing here overrides them.
An account is free and gets you a patron file. Use a real email address you can reach — it is how we identify you, and how your history is joined to your account. One person, one account.
Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has it, change it from your patron file. We may close an account that is being used to abuse the site or anyone on it, and we will say why.
The public record is open from 1 August to 7 August 2026 and closes on the clock, not on your device. One filing per person is what makes the count worth anything; repeatedly filing under different addresses is a waste of your evening and we will discount it.
What you write may be quoted in the published poll results, in aggregate and without your name attached. If you would rather nothing you wrote appeared at all, do not file the form.
The name, the marks, the layout and the words on this site are ours. The music, the artwork and the work of the artists we distribute belong to the artists — TPC delivers and administers it, and never claims to own it.
What you write in the poll stays yours. Filing it gives us permission to count it, quote it in aggregate, and act on it.
The site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it up and correct, and we will fix what breaks, but we do not promise it will never be down or never be wrong. Dates on the schedule are intentions, not guarantees — we would rather move a date than ship something we are not happy with.
These terms change when the business changes. Material changes get said out loud, not slipped in. Indian law governs them, and the courts at Ahmedabad have jurisdiction.
Anything unclear, write to the office. We would rather answer a question than argue about a clause.
