1 · Dispatch

Every parcel is packed by hand at the office. Dispatch within 2–4 working days of the order; tracking filed to your email the moment it leaves. The parcel counter on the front page ticks when yours does.

2 · Delivery

India-wide, by tracked courier. Postage is calculated at checkout. International: by arrangement — write to the office first and we'll quote the honest number.

3 · Returns

• Wrong or damaged: we replace it, postage on us. Write within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
• Changed your mind: unopened goods, within 7 days, postage on you.
• Numbered editions: final sale — a number issued once is issued once.

4 · Refunds

To the original payment method, 5–7 working days after the goods reach the office. You'll get a line in writing when it's filed.
