1 · What we keep

Name, email, phone, city; what you bought and when; membership and its number; poll answers. One row per human, kept in one register — not scattered across services.

2 · Why we keep it

To sell you the goods you asked for, run the membership you joined, and — only where you've said yes — write to you. Nothing else. Data that answers no question doesn't get collected.

3 · Consent, plainly

Three separate switches: marketing (we may write to you), community (the Karyakarta line), analytics (your answers studied in aggregate). Each is optional, each is logged with its date, and each can be withdrawn any time by writing to the office. Withdrawal is as easy as consent — that is the law, and also just manners.

4 · Who sees it

The company. Never sold, never rented. Service providers — payment, shipping, email — see the minimum needed to do their one job, under contract.

5 · Your rights — DPDP Act, 2023

• Ask what we hold on you; we show you.
• Correct what's wrong; we fix it.
• Ask for erasure; we erase, unless the law requires books be kept.
• Grieve: write to office@thaltejpublishing.com; we answer within the statutory window.

6 · Retention & the officer

Kept while the relationship lives; erased on request or when the purpose ends. The grievance officer for the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is the Proprietor, reachable at office@thaltejpublishing.com.
